Friday is a free dress down day for all MHS students. Reminder-no leggings, no hats, no clothing with rips or tears, and no midriff tops.

Christmas shirts may be worn for the month of December by students. Dress code bottoms will still be required.

Beginning 1/4/24 ALL MSSD students will receive free lunch daily.

Senior Picture retakes for those who missed in July will be Monday, November 20th at school.

Senior Fees are due by 12/1. They are $135 and include: senior picture sitting fee, cap and gown, diploma and diploma cover. Please call MHS with additional questions.

It’s F🏈🏈TBALL time in Milan! Fans that held reserved season tickets last year, will be able to pick those up at MHS beginning August 3rd, 8AM- 3PM. Tickets must be picked up by August 11th. Any tickets not paid for by August 11th will be made available for purchase August 14th. Reminder: Milan Special School District will be closed in observance of Good Friday on April 7th.

Buses will not run on Gann Road north of Harris Small Engine today due to flooding.

Milan Special School District is on a two hour delay due to inclement weather. We will continue to monitor the weather. Please be safe!

Due to increasing student and staff sickness across the district, Milan Special School District will be closed on Tuesday, November 22,2022. We wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving. We look forward to seeing everyone back on Monday, November 28.

Food Service Update: During the height of the pandemic the federal government allowed all students to eat free of charge. Congress did not extend that benefit for our new school year. Students may still qualify, but will be required to fill out a free/ reduced application form. Applications can be filled out online at schoolcafe.com/milanssd or a paper copy will be available at each of the schools. Only one application per family is needed. Lunch prices for the 2022/2023 school year will be $2.75 for MMS and MHS students and $2.50 for MES. Breakfast will remain free of charge.

Registration for the 2022-2023 school year is open for all returning and new students.

Milan High School is excited to announce Taylor Schubert as our new head softball coach. Coach Schubert brings a command of the game and strong work ethic to MHS. Her experience at the collegiate level will allow her to provide insight to those players looking to play at the next level. We look forward to her tenure at Milan High School. Softball tryouts will be Monday, June 20th 6-8PM at the City Park. Softball kids camp will be July 12-15 8:30-11:30AM at the City Park.
